How are

Wooden mudguards created?

_

The wooden mudguards are created using a mould with the diameter of a bicycle wheel. They are glued using two or three layers of wood. Upon request of the customer, they can be fitted with a thin aluminum profile which will make the product more rigid and stiff. After the gluing process, the mudguards undergo mechanical processing, milling and cutting to the desired size.

We manufacture mudguards in two versions:

narrow fastening profile
without the use of wires

wide fastening profile
with wires
