Wooden mudguards created?
The wooden mudguards are created using a mould with the diameter of a bicycle wheel. They are glued using two or three layers of wood. Upon request of the customer, they can be fitted with a thin aluminum profile which will make the product more rigid and stiff. After the gluing process, the mudguards undergo mechanical processing, milling and cutting to the desired size.
We manufacture mudguards in two versions:
All our wooden mudguards are made of solid wood, which guarantees their high durability. For their bonding we used proven and strong adhesives and varnishes, which ensure long-term use.
Our mudguards are compatible with 28-inch wheels. They fit both the frames of classic city bikes and the frames of sharp-circle bikes. We offer models equipped with a set of brackets and screws necessary for their assembly, as well as versions for self-assembly. Thanks to this solution everyone can have our mudguards.
Goldie & Oldie guarantee high quality of their products and take responsibility for possible production defects. We provide a 12-month warranty on all our bike mudguards. However, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation or improper use of the bike mudguards.
We recommend wiping the mudguards with a damp cotton cloth. The varnishes used guarantee a long service life of the bike mudguards. The mudguards are maintenance-free and should only be cleaned.
Bike mudguards from Goldie & Oldie have been protected with oils and special lacquers, which protect them against water and moisture in extreme weather conditions.
